Hot Clam Dip


  • 2 med. onions, chopped
  • 3 (7-oz.) can minced clams, drained
  • (16-oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Process the onions with just enough water to mix in a blender.
  • Pour into a non-stick skillet.
  • Add the clams and the ALAGA Hot Sauce.
  • Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Serve hot from a chafing dish with potato chips, crackers or corn chips.
